Car Brakes - Exeter

It hardly needs to be said that brakes are one of the most vital components of a vehicle, and it is absolutely essential to ensure they are working effectively, otherwise, you might be risking your life or the lives of others.

There are several signs to help you recognise brake deterioration:

• Your vehicle pulls to one side under braking
• The brake pedal feels spongy or unresponsive
• The brakes seem to be noisy, grind, or squeak
• Braking performance is not as good as usual
• A brake warning lamp appears on your dash

Unfortunately, it is not safe to rely upon a warning lamp to tell you, so if you experience any of the above symptoms, please don’t delay in contacting a reputable garage such as Foxhayes Garage in Exeter. We are independent professionals able to carry out brake inspections and repairs, and fit replacement parts on almost all vehicle makes and models, of any age.
